MOVING INTO A HOME

In order to obtain your 20MB of FREE web space you first need to move into a home. To do this you must first decide which district you wish to live in. Each district relates to a different area of interest, to find out what each of the areas represent go to the estate agents.

Once you have decided upon an area you must then browse along the streets to find a vacant property. You then need to click on the vacant property and you will be asked to define a USERNAME and PASSWORD.

Once you have done this you are presented with a homebuilder template that helps you move into your new home.

Once you have moved in you can upload any files you wish using our file manager.

Please read the right hand column for more information on updating your home.

UPDATING YOUR HOME

Once you have obtained a home you can customise it using what ever files you want. You can upload files using the File Manager facility. The File Manager will only upload with Netscape 2.0 and above or Internet Explorer 3.02 (plus the file upload add-on, please read the FAQ for more details).

MOVING HOUSE

If you wish to move to a different address all you need to do is click on the home you wish to move to. You will then be asked to enter your USERNAME, PASSWORD and EMAIL address exactly as you did when you first moved in. When you enter the correct details all of your files will be automatically moved to your new address.

PROMOTING YOUR SITE

Once you have built your site you want people to come and look at it, so you will need to promote it. We have created a Promotion Tool that lets you submit you site to six major search engines.
